Tahiti airport audit – Concession

Supporting the consortium in preparing the financial offer, in two phases:

• Audit of the existing financial model with a view to issuing a comfort letter to the Lenders
• Optimisation of the model (critical review of the VBA algorithms, information flow, etc.) to improve the efficiency of the model for the sponsor
• Full review of model sensitivities and formulation of additional proposals to test the robustness of the project

• Competitive bidding for the Tahiti Faa’a airport concession for the development, maintenance, renewal and operation of the airfield
• PAX 2018: 1.4m (+7.9% vs. PAX 2017)
• Only international airport in Tahiti
• Project company equity to be held at most 49% by French Polynesia and 51% by the selected candidate

• Not limiting ourselves to the pure audit but complementing it with proposals in terms of structuring, complementary sensitivities and various optimisation of the model
• Teamwork with the Sponsor and the Financial Advisor under time pressure (direct, transparent, regular and pro-active interactions)
• Combine a detailed (cell-by-cell) analysis of the model with a verification of the results in large masses
