Cayenne airport audit – Concession

Supporting the consortium in preparing the financial offer, in two phases:

• Audit of the existing financial model with a view to issuing a comfort letter to the Lenders
• Optimisation of the model (critical review of the VBA algorithms, information flow…) to make the model more efficient for the Sponsor
• Full review of the model sensitivities and additional proposals to test the robustness of the project

• Competitive tender for the Cayenne – Félix Éboué airport concession in French Guiana, covering the development, maintenance, renewal and operation of the airfield
• Capacity of 600k passengers per year

• Not limiting ourselves to a pure audit, but complementing it with proposals in terms of structuring, additional sensitivities and model optimisation
• Teamwork with the Sponsors and the Financial Advisor under tight deadlines (direct, transparent, regular and proactive interactions)
• Combining a detailed (cell-by-cell) analysis of the model with a high-level check of the results
