- Analyse the possible new obligations of the Grantor and the Concessionaire
- Check the calculation of the indemnities due by the Grantor and the royalties due by the Licensee
- Audit the potential imbalance factors of the concession’s financial situation (through financial modelling)
- Analyse and check any budget shortfall during the year
Contract features
- Concession for the construction and operation of the Stade de France
- The contract expires in 2025, with strong issues of durability of the building and modification of the programmes to take into account the Rugby World Cup 2023 and the Olympic Games.
