Project objectives

Support to the Consortium in preparing the financial offer, over several assignments
Review of the logical integrity, internal consistency and arithmetic accuracy of the formulas, algorithms, macros and calculations of the Operational Financial Model.
Review of the accuracy of the results and of the various scenarios implemented in the OFM.
Review of how all the assumptions required for the OFM to operate properly are taken into account and integrated.

Project: Financing of entry fees under the concession contracts awarded to the Société Publique Interrégionale des Investissements en faveur des Transports (SPIIT)
Objective: Set up a dedicated vehicle to manage the procurement and maintenance of rolling stock for public passenger transport

Not limiting ourselves to a pure audit, but complementing it with proposals in terms of structuring, additional sensitivities and model optimisation
Drafting of recommendations for improvements or optimisations of the Operational Financial Model
Analysis of the Operational Financial Model in relation to the drawdowns provided for in the Financing Documentation (update of the interest rates in the Operational Financial Model)
