Project objectives
- Support to the CCIAMP in the enhancement of the Palais de la Bourse, an emblematic listed historic monument in Marseille, and of two other sites
- Legal and financial scenarios for the enhancement options: disposals, leases, concessions
- 360° modelling of the inflows and outflows generated by the Palais to select the most advantageous scenario
- Organisation of the tender process and drafting of the contract with the selected operator
