Project objectives

Legal and financial assistance for the renewal of the public service delegation for the Arc Mosellan ISDND:

  • Review of the outgoing concession and of possible optimisation options for the new concession.
  • Support to the local authority in awarding the waste management concession contract (drafting of tender documents, bid analysis, negotiations…)

  • Type of contract: Award of the concession contract as part of the renewal of the public service delegation for the ISDND of the Communauté de Communes de l’Arc Mosellan.
  • Contract duration: 8 years
  • Investment cost: €13m
