Financial advisory :

• Participation in financial structuring and negotiations, chairing the financial committee
• Competitive bidding and setting up a pool of lenders (prospecting, NDA, TS negotiations, etc.)
• Financial documentation production: MIPs, sensitivities, briefs, etc.

Financial Modelling :

• Production ex nihilo of the financial model and related notes (user guide, summary sheet, etc.)
• Design of a single calculation tab to facilitate the flow of information and improve the readability of the file

• Public service concession for the provision of rail passenger transport services on the Bruche-Piémont-Vosges line, including the renewal and maintenance of the infrastructure of the section between Molsheim and Arches.

• Tailor-made modelling to facilitate the audit and understanding of the project and its issues
• PPP expertise to identify areas of risk and optimize risk allocation between the various stakeholders
• Knowledge of the ecosystem of French and European commercial and institutional lenders, making it possible to build up a relevant pool of funders (efficiency and competitiveness)
• Stability of the team to ensure that expertise is maintained throughout the procedure
