Advise the project owner and the funder on the most viable structure to build and operate the future tramway line

- Financial analysis and modelling: CAPEX / OPEX, 20-year operating projections, financial NPV and IRR, sensitivities
- PPP contractual, legal and financial structuring: international benchmark, scenario modelling, risk matrix, market sounding
- Institutional analysis: stakeholder mapping, legal and contractual options, project governance
