Project objectives
- Full accounting management of the company (invoicing, cash management, accounts closing, tax return)
- Corporate housekeeping (preparation and organisation of general meetings) and interface with stakeholders (lenders, statutory auditors, shareholders)
- Drafting of information documents on financial matters
Contract features
- Thermal spa project carried by the GNTD SPV
- 2,500 m² thermal complex in the heart of Nancy, combining a thermal spa, an aqua sport area, a health area and a four-star hotel residence
- Design-build contract with an investment of €92m
